This sizing chart is a guide only. Although this chart will help you choose the most appropriate dress size, it does not take into account your prefered style or fit. Please measure yourself if you are not sure, and go by the size on this chart that is best suited to your measurements. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your size or fit, we are happy to exchange or refund if your garment is fit for re-sale, being that is unworn, and has not been soiled, damaged or altered in any way within 14 days of purchase.
If you would like to return your purchase, first email the staff at mail@hopeandharvest.com and quote your order number and the reason for return. Do not send your package back until you have received confirmation via email with instructions for your return.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES

 

Refunds and Credit Notes are for garment/s only and does not include our postage costs. Sale items returned will be given a credit note with a 12 month expiry. No refunds on sale items.

 

SHIPPING

 

Once you order from our online store your garments will be shipped to you within 24 hours. Arrival time will vary depending on your location.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is a standard bonus that we offer you at no extra cost, so that you get your garments as fast as possible. It is important that if you do require your garments urgently, that you do let us know, so that we can expedite your dispatch. You can either email the team at mail@hopeandharvest.com or write a note to us during checkout to let us know the urgency in which you need your order to arrive. We ship your orders quickly, but can not be responsible for any delays with shipping carriers or Australia Post. Please email the team at the office prior to ordering, to arrange the best way to get your garments to you in time. Orders placed before 3.30pm will be shipped overnight, depending on stock availability. Clearance items are excluded from express shipping.
